This week we welcomed Paul Edwards to the Further team as Paid Digital Account Manager. Paul joins us from bed retailer Mattressman, where he worked across both paid and organic search aspects of the online business.
Creative-minded and curious by nature, Paul became intrigued with the whole subject of marketing and what makes it work while studying at Paston College. Having enjoyed a gap year after his studies, he was taken on by Mattressman where he quickly became the “go-to-guy” and counts himself fortunate to be involved in many different areas of the company, really helping his commercial understanding of business. As soon as he was introduced to PPC, Paul became obsessed with the topic, spending countless hours researching, learning and honing his expertise – expertise he was able to demonstrate through the continued success of the company’s main eCommerce site.
“I am really excited to be joining Further and having the opportunity to put my ‘in-house’ knowledge to good use,” Paul explains, ” I’m confident my experience of leading an in-house team and overseeing the creation and execution of many different projects should benefit our client’s campaigns.”
In his downtime, you can usually find Paul on a football pitch, hitting some shuttlecocks, or singing and playing guitar with his band.
