Further opens its doors for #DigitalCity

On Thursday 18th February, we’ll be opening the doors of ‘The Search Church’ to young people, students and anyone remotely interested in finding out about a career in digital marketing.

It’s all part of a great new week-long initiative in Norwich called #DigitalCity, which will play the part of a multi-site careers fair, while showcasing the impressive depth and diversity of digital businesses in our area – many of whom have become leaders in their sector of the digital industry.

Among the other organisations taking part in #DigitalCity are Aviva, Foolproof, Rainbird, Lambda Films, seanclark.com and Liftshare.

‘We think it is a great idea – and one we felt compelled to get involved in’ explains Further Account Manager, Shelli Wright, who will be welcoming and hosting our visitors on the day. ‘Digital marketing can be a minefield to understand. I look forward to explaining what happens here at Further – and the potential career routes within an agency like ours whether in digital strategy, search marketing, content marketing, data or client services.”

Further will be open for visitors to drop in any time from 10am – 4pm on Thursday 18th February at The Old Church, St Matthews Road, Norwich, NR1 1SP. We welcome any students, young people (and their parents) and members of the business community interested to find out more about digital marketing.
