Further joins the growing Gravity Global family

The Further team are excited and pleased to announce we are now part of the fast-growing Gravity Global family!

Gravity Global is a multi-award-winning global B2B agency with clients including Santander, Airbus, Sage, Embraer, Bostik, Aviva Investors and London Stock Exchange.

The board at Gravity Global determined that our own award-winning work and high level of technical skill made Further the perfect choice for acquisition to enhance the group’s performance marketing capabilities.

Gravity CEO Mark Lethbridge explains: “The two businesses have partnered successfully on pitches and projects over the past year – and we identified very early on that Further are exactly the type of best-in-breed business Gravity Global is seeking to add to its armoury.  Their standards, attitude and culture mirror our own and we are looking forward to seeing exponential growth as we continue to add more brands to the roster.”

More acquisitions are in the pipeline both at home and overseas, as Gravity looks to strengthen its position as one of the world’s leading independent B2B marketing groups. Gravity’s strategy is centred around genuine integration: “We want to enable clients and their in-house marketing teams to go to one agency with all the skill-sets and expertise to deliver truly connected customer experiences that are effective, efficient and drive accelerated performance across the entire marketing and sales value chain”

So, what does this mean for Further?

Further will become the Performance Marketing arm of Gravity Global so, in due course, we’ll be changing the brand name through a carefully managed transition process.

Nothing that existing clients and staff love about Further will be changing. We will continue to operate from our HQ in Norwich, with our existing team at the core of our expansion plans. It is our team’s collective specialist and technical knowledge that made the business attractive to Gravity Global, and we look forward to recruiting more talented minds in the near future as we grow together.

We’ll continue to offer the same award-winning services and client campaigns that have built our strong reputation over the last 13 years, and as part of Gravity Global we’ll also be able to offer existing clients a much wider scope of effective marketing services ‘under one roof’, from brand creation and positioning to market research, marketing automation and out of home advertising.

Our Founders, Steve Jaggard and Zak Ireson, will remain on the Board, together with Joint MDs Lou Roberts and Rob Welsby. Joining them will be Gravity Exec Creative Director Paul Anderson and CFO Andrew Daynes.
