News just in. The Drum Search Awards Finalists for 2016 have just been announced – and Further has made it onto the shortlist again. This year we’ll be competing against two other leading agencies in the ‘Best Charity/Not for Profit – PPC’ category.
It will be the first time the agency has been nominated for a ‘paid-only’ campaign, having won a string of awards for organic search, content strategy, client satisfaction and integrated paid/organic search campaigns at UK and pan-European awards.
As Further’s Paid Digital Account Manager, Darren Barr, points out, ‘the nominated campaign is for the charity Crimestoppers – and is a pretty novel one.’
‘Normally we would judge success of a paid campaign by CPC, CTR and the financial ROI. However, due to the nature of this project the effectiveness can also been measured by the level of engagement and interaction we have created in getting members of the public identifying, locating and reporting sightings of suspects wanted for crimes in their area. Whatever happens when the gongs are handed out in June, it’s nice to think we’re doing our bit for the community.’
This latest news comes just a few weeks after being nominated in three categories for the European Search Awards to be held next week in Paris.
Posh frocks at the ready.
