What the job title doesn’t say…

Rich is a master of ‘big picture’ thinking and works with businesses to help drive their digital marketing direction. With a background in editorial and publishing, Rich also draws on a deep knowledge of professional sport – where short- and long-term strategic thinking play a key role in driving success on and off the pitch.   

In common with everyone at Further, Rich’s highlights of the job are the excitement and energy in creative sessions, positive reactions to our strategic approach, and helping organisations exceed their targets and grow their business.

Rich has accepted that his children do not share his strategic methodologies, though at two and four, his hopes remain high. In the meantime, he works closely with the enthusiastic and ambitious individuals of the Strategy team to provide direction to businesses who might be struggling to see the wood for the trees.

Rich has played a key role in campaigns that have won national awards for digital strategy and content strategy, and his children’s book side-project is nearing completion.
