For more than 10 years, Lou has always strived to deliver best-in-class client services – an area in which Further is ranked among the UK’s best by the RAR. Living by the ‘trust triangle’ (develop relationships that builds trust which leads to great work which builds relationships), she is the client’s champion within the agency. Lou is Chartered Institute of Marketing-qualified and works closely with clients to deliver definable, actionable methods and measurable, effective work. A key part of her role is ongoing consultancy to help clients achieve more.

Many companies complain that they never hear from their agency or never receive visits from their agencies’ directors, but Lou ensures that all our clients get a Directorial relationship because we know that trust, oversight and accountability is essential to success.
With the founders, Lou has played a pivotal role in growing the agency from its genesis to an agency boasting national and international clients – from the Adrian Flux and Expedia to Aetna International and AVG Technologies.
