I graduated in Econometrics & Statistics at London University, am a Fellow of The Institute of Direct Marketing and have amassed over 20 years marketing experience. I joined Further in June 2011 to add some grey hair to the next stage of our growth.
I started my career client-side at Reader’s Digest, before joining the agency world with Wunderman - where I led the team that designed & built Ford Motor Company’s first European websites. Having firmly caught the interactive bug, I went on to be appointed Managing Director at Agency.com (working with a wide variety of clients including British Airways, Heineken, Intel & T-Mobile) and most recently at Flow Interactive, the award-winning user experience design consultancy.
As Managing Director of a small business that’s growing as rapidly as Further - to meet client demands and the evolving search and social media industry - my role is hugely varied. On the one hand, I set the strategy for what services we provide and how we promote and deliver them. On the other hand, I do whatever needs to be done to predict how and where we can further delight our clients, represent Further on committees and at events, while also planning Further's continued growth. The management team here are fantastic and have our sales and delivery processes well-oiled, enabling me to divide my time between daily duties and ‘planning our future’.
