We are seeking another experienced SEO Consultant with a strong technical skillset to join our award-winning in-house team, working on an exciting range of brand name clients.

The successful candidate will must have commerical experience working for a recognised search marketing agency (ideally at least three years) - and have a strong track record of results to demonstrate their expertise.
We are looking for someone with a healthy addiction to all things SEO and online, someone who is a self-starter, yet would thrive being part of one of the most highly regarded in-house search teams outside of London.
This is not a position for a novice - we're looking for someone who's a confident and client-facing professional with proven experience in link building, technical SEO, content writing, client communication, reporting and data analysis.

Skill requirements

  • In-depth understanding of technical on-site SEO, link building and universal search.
  • Ability to research, identify and implement new techniques and processes to ensure clients retain and build search rankings despite search engine algorithm updates.
  • Excellent, persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare and present compelling on-site SEO audits, best practice guidelines, review documentation, client SEO strategy documents and monthly client reporting.
  • Ability to liaise with both internal teams and client resources to deliver effective SEO campaign.
  • Ability to analyse data and perform effective keyword and competitor research, briefing in-house analysts where required.
  • Experienced with HTML and CSS (a programming language such as PHP or .NET would be beneficial).
  • Proficiency with appropriate tools, including Webmaster Tools, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, XML feeds, link building CRMs such as Buzzstream and website auditing software such as Screaming Frog’s SEO Spider or the Microsoft IIS SEO Toolkit.
  • Ability to devise and implement advanced and creative link building techniques, such as creative link-bait, content provision, widget production and how engaging content and social media can be used to attract natural links.

•   Full time position (Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm)
•   Norwich based, with requirement to travel to meet clients when required
•   Salary and benefits dependant on experience and skillset
